APA Group has started construction on the ‘APA Hotel & Resort (provisional name)’ and ‘APA Okayama Mansion.’
Marking APA Hotel’s first combined hotel and rental apartment project, the hotel is scheduled to open in the summer of 2026. It will be a 14-story building, featuring 600 rooms that include S-S Connect Twin Rooms that can be connected to adjacent single rooms, as well as suites, deluxe twin rooms, and barrier-free rooms. Rooms will be equipped with large LCD TVs of 50 inches or more, universal outlets, and ultra-fine bubble shower heads. Additionally, the hotel plans to install an observation pool on the top floor, along with a large communal bath, open-air baths, saunas, and more.
