Aman Tokyo is offering a ‘Christmas Afternoon Tea’ service until December 25.
The top tier of the stand features a snow-covered, tree-shaped white chocolate, a Santa Claus-shaped mousse in Christmas colors, and a small bûche de Noël scented with tea. The middle tier is filled with sweets such as reindeers pulling sleighs and Christmas tree ornaments. Stored in an antique trunk, you will find gold-dusted pistachio macarons, raspberry sand cookies, and caramel with lime and strawberry. The savory section on the lower tier includes items such as roast beef sandwiches with Wagyu beef, pies made with lobster, and butter sandwich monaka with truffle and mascarpone.
The drink selection includes an amuse of pink grapefruit soup topped with lychee espuma, plus a variety of teas, coffees, and green teas, including the ‘TeaStar Collection’ using tea leaves from the German tea brand ‘Ronnefeldt’. The location is the 33rd floor ‘The Lounge by Aman’. Service hours are from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The price is 12,000 yen.
Additionally, ‘The Cafe by Aman’ located in a separate building on the first floor, is offering a ‘Christmas Foret Dessert’ set, which includes classic French pastries, glass desserts, and savories from November 25 to December 25. The price is 6,578 yen.
