The Tokyo Monorail will operate extra trains during the New Year holiday period.
Some regular trains in the 6 and 7 P.M. slots will be increased as Airport Express services from December 28 to January 5. Additionally, to match the first sunrise flights and other events, two outbound trains will leave Hamamatsucho Station at 3:55 A.M. and 4:25 A.M., one inbound train will leave Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Station at 4:25 A.M., and one outbound train for the countdown event near Oi Racecourse will leave Oi Racecourse Station at 1:37 A.M. on January 1.
From December 30 to January 3, trains will operate on a weekend and holiday schedule. Furthermore, the Tokyo Monorail’s “Stroll Along the Line 1-Day Pass,” the Monorail & Yamanote Line Discount Ticket, and the Monorail & Tokyo Metropolitan Area Pass will be available every day from December 28 to January 5.
