Hotel Metropolitan will offer a ‘Seasonal Dessert Set’ that includes three types of petit gâteaux made with strawberries and berries, along with a beverage, from December 1st to 131st.
The set features a ‘Fromage Blanc and Raspberry Verrine’ layered with raspberry coulis and fromage blanc mousse, finished with strawberry cookies and strawberries; a ‘Pistachio Mont Blanc’ on a tart base filled with pistachio cream, topped with mixed berry mousse and strawberry jelly, and piped with pistachio cream to resemble a mini-sized tree; and a ‘Ruby Chocolate Gâteau’ made with a coconut biscuit base, layered with ruby chocolate mousse and lychee jelly, topped with chantilly cream and fruit. Beverages available are coffee or tea. Guests can enjoy this set while admiring the approximately 4.5-meter-tall Christmas tree decorated in the lobby’s center.
The set is available at the Mezzanine Lounge “Suzukake.” Serving hours are from 10 AM to 5:30 PM. The price is 2,400 yen, including tax and service charge.
