Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines have integrated their check-in facilities at San Francisco International Airport.
Hawaiian Airlines has moved its check-in counters to Terminal 1, where it has integrated operations with Alaska Airlines. The relocation in Sacramento, Ontario, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles is also progressing, with completion expected by the end of 2025. Each company’s separate systems will be maintained until a single passenger service system is introduced in 2026.
Alaska Airlines is the second-largest airline at San Francisco International Airport, and the largest in Terminal 1. Hawaiian Airlines has been operating in the Bay Area since 1986, currently offering routes between San Francisco and Honolulu, as well as Kahului.
