THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection will offer Christmas dinner menus at two of its restaurants from December 20th to 25th.
At “Teppanyaki Mizu,” a full-course French Kappo style Christmas Dinner ‘Réveillon’ will be offered. The menu features Matsusaka beef as the main dish, along with hairy crab, Homard blue, caviar, and foie gras. For dessert, a teppan-finished dish using arugula and strawberries will be prepared, and the sommelier will suggest wine pairings from their collection. The course is priced at 50,000 yen, with prestige wine pairing for an additional 20,000 yen. Service hours are from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
“THE-MOMENT GRILL & DINING” will provide a Christmas dinner buffet featuring a “Turkey Show Floor,” “Beef Tail in Red Wine,” a “Caviar Station” allowing comparisons of various caviars, and “Homard Blue and Seabass in Pastry,” served on a dining car-themed wagon service. Prices are 25,000 yen for adults and 10,000 yen for children aged 6 to 12. Service hours are from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
In addition, as a Christmas special cocktail, the semi-frozen cocktail “Jewelry Celebration (4,500 yen)” blending various berries with champagne and the cocktail “Sweets Gift (3,800 yen)” with a scent of dark rum in chocolate, along with a special accommodation plan including room service limited to 8 suites a day, are also offered. All prices include tax and service charges.
