Solaseed Air to Conduct System Maintenance from December 11 to 12, Membership Functions Also to Be Temporarily Suspended

Solaseed Air will be conducting system maintenance from December 11 to 12.

This is due to the renewal of the Solaseed Smile Club. All functions related to the Solaseed Smile Club will be suspended from 11:00 AM on December 11 to 5:00 AM on December 12. Functions such as booking and purchasing air tickets, as well as checking reservations while logged in, will be unavailable. For online check-in, it is necessary to confirm the required information (booking number, confirmation number, etc.) in advance and then proceed to check in again on the website.

Additionally, from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM on December 12, all functions related to reservations and cancellations, except for the flight status on the Solaseed Air homepage, will be suspended.

Due to the maintenance, current passwords will no longer be usable after December 12, necessitating a password reset. The password setting criteria will also be revised, requiring 8 to 12 characters including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
