Hilton Nagoya: Winter Lunch & Dinner Buffet ‘Bistro In Place’ Event
Hilton Nagoya will be hosting the winter lunch and dinner buffet ‘Bistro In Place’ from December 26 until March 12, 2025.
The menu features roast beef of Owari beef shoulder loin with blackcurrant sauce, a mix fry station offering fried shrimp and oysters accompanied by strawberry chili salsa and sauces from Aichi local brands, doria and omelet rice using Hilton’s original blend rice, four types of daily changing Hilton Nagoya’s signature curries, pasta using cage-free eggs ‘Fuku ga, kita’, salads such as Mie Meyer lemon and goji berry coleslaw, and daily seasonal soups, among others.
For dessert, enjoy over eight types of sweets including ‘Strawberry Shortcake’, ‘Strawberry Tart’, ‘Strawberry Ring’, and hotel-made ice candy, selected from the concurrently held strawberry dessert buffet. From the dinner on December 31 until January 3, a premium menu will feature seafood five varieties including shrimp, snow crab, oysters, tuna, and salmon in an all-you-can-eat live station. Two types of brand oysters will be available, served by craftsmen in a live performance.
The location is In Place 3-3, an all-day dining on the first floor. Available times are from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm for lunch, and from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm for dinner, under a 90-minute limit. Prices start from 4,000 yen for adults and from 3,000 yen for children aged 6 to 12, with those aged 5 and under eating for free. Prices include tax and service charges.
