Air Canada will launch a new route between Vancouver and Manila on April 2, 2025.
Initially, the service will operate three round trips per week with departures from Vancouver on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from Manila on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Starting from May 1, 2025 (departing Manila on May 2), the frequency will increase to four round trips per week, making it one round trip per day. The flights will be operated using Boeing 787 aircraft.
in celebration of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations being established, Canadian government officials and trade delegations visited the Philippines to make the announcement. This will be Air Canada’s first service to Manila, making it the 12th destination in the Asia-Pacific region.
