The hotel, which was acquired and opened in May 2003, is the first APA Hotel in Yamagata Prefecture, formerly known as Marks Inn Yamagata. It has 56 rooms.
Currently, the company operates two hotels in Yamagata Prefecture, one in Yamagata City and the other in Tsuruoka City. The company aims to focus on its operations in Tsuruoka City to improve operational efficiency.
A new APA Hotel is planned to open in the summer of 2026, and the operations of the current hotel will end coinciding with its opening.
