FDA Offers ‘Scenic Flight Charters’ Directly to Consumers via Website

Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA) has set up individual fares for ‘Scenic Flight Charters’.

Operating flights around Mount Fuji in January and February 2025, the service is available through the official website, which is usually booked through travel agencies. The product offered is a ‘Mount Fuji Scenic Flight departing from and returning to Nagoya (Komaki) Airport’. Flight dates are January 26th, February 16th, and 23rd in 2025.

The flight schedule departs from Nagoya/Komaki at 10:00 AM and returns to the same airport by 11:00 AM. The aircraft used will be either an Embraer E170 or E175. The sale period starts at 9:00 AM on December 12th, with reservations required up to 7 days before the flight date. The fare, under the ‘Easy-Charter Fare’ system, is 25,000 yen, with a fuel surcharge to be added separately. These fares are exclusively available on the website and will not be sold through call centers or airport counters.
