Japan Airlines (JAL) has entered into an international partnership agreement with Major League Baseball (MLB).
In conjunction with the agreement, a boarding campaign will be conducted for the MLB World Tour Tokyo Series, scheduled for March 18-19, 2025. Those who fly on any JAL Group domestic route twice between December 13, 2024, and February 10, 2025, and register will be eligible to win tickets to the opening game or pre-season games, signed memorabilia by Shohei Ohtani, and more. Flights operated by partner airlines, promotional fares, award tickets, infant tickets, and domestic segments of international flights are excluded.
Since 2002, when JAL signed Hideki Matsui as its image character, the airline has been supporting Japanese Major Leaguers such as Shohei Ohtani and Masataka Yoshida.
