Aircalin has placed an order for two Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
The cabin will be configured in a three-class layout, with more than 320 seats. Aircalin currently operates two Airbus A330-900 aircraft, allowing for a more than 15% increase in capacity. The company aims to complete the acquisition by 2028.
The new aircraft are an essential part of the operation for the recently launched routes from Noumea to Bangkok/Suvarnabhumi and then to Paris/Charles de Gaulle on December 11th.
