Tokyo Station Hotel Offers ‘Strawberry Assortment’ Featuring Five Types of Strawberries from January 1 to February 28, 2025

The Tokyo Station Hotel will offer a ‘Strawberry Assortment’ featuring five types of strawberries, available from January 1 to February 28, 2025.

Seasonal strawberries such as Amaou, Tochiaika, and Awayuki are gathered from across the country, enabling a comparative taste experience. The menu includes a shortcake using select ingredients like domestic wheat, organic eggs, Jersey milk, and Jersey cream; a custard made with rare Tahitian vanilla; a four-layer parfait with strawberry jelly and mousse, topped with fresh strawberries; a macaron filled with Amaou ganache and adorned with white chocolate parts reminiscent of wings; and a chiffon cake kneaded with strawberry powder.

A ‘Strawberry Latte,’ topped with plenty of strawberry cream and fresh strawberries, is also available for purchase.

The venue is located on the first floor lobby lounge. It is available from 11 AM to 8 PM, with last orders at 7:30 PM. Prices are 5,500 yen for the Strawberry Assortment alone, 7,000 yen for a set including tea, and 2,200 yen for a stand-alone Strawberry Latte. A set of both the Strawberry Assortment and Latte costs 7,300 yen, inclusive of tax and service charge.
