Hotel Kanazawa is offering a limited-time accommodation plan from December 21 to 25, which includes a “Special Christmas Dinner Course” at the top-floor lounge & dining “Raspberry”.
The menu incorporates ingredients from the Hokuriku region, featuring dishes like “Seafood and Vegetable Terrine” capturing the essence of fresh fish and vegetables, “Royal Zuwai Crab Soup” which is a bisque soup enriched with dashi made from Zuwai crab, enjoyed by dipping sticks into the soup, “Today’s Fish Poêlé with Kanazawa Spring Greens and Red Paprika Sauce”, and for dessert, a “Christmas Dessert Delight and Coffee”. The main dish features “Wagyu Beef Loin Steak with Ono Soy Sauce”, a special blend of Kanazawa’s Ono soy sauce.
The plan is available from 5 pm to 10 pm on the check-in date. Prices start from ¥16,070 per person (including breakfast, taxes, and service charges).
