Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa will be hosting the ‘Winter Lunch Buffet ~A Warm Taste Journey Around the World~’ from December 1st, 2025 to February 28th.
The menu features pot dishes from around the world, including Japan’s ‘Shabu-Shabu’, ‘Bouillabaisse’ from South France, cooked with white fish and mussels in a tomato base, and Thailand’s pot dish ‘Tom Kha Gai’, which is chicken and winter melon simmered in coconut milk. Additionally, ‘Couscous D’agneau’ from North Africa, which is characterized by the flavor of lamb meat and vegetable broth, utilizes ‘Yanbaru Spice’, a spice mix made of 58% local ingredients such as turmeric, island chili pepper, and island ginger. Other offerings include a daily selection of local vegetables at the salad corner, and Okinawan favorites such as Taco Rice and Pork Tamago Onigiri.
