ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa is offering a limited-time ‘Afternoon Tea Set – Mysterious Strawberry Forest for Winter Vacation’ from January 8 to February 28, 2025, featuring strawberry sweets as its main attraction.
The tea set includes 13 types of sweets such as the citrus macaron ‘Sun SUN’, strawberry shortcake and vanilla mousse ‘Strawberry Fairy’, strawberry mousse and strawberry gelée ‘Pen-chan’, strawberry financiers and rare cheese mousse, strawberry roll cake ‘Mr. Rabbit’ & ‘SNOW Ball?’, raspberry macaron ‘SNOW Macaron’, strawberry mascarpone cream and confit ‘Strawberry Tree’, strawberries and fresh cream ‘Forest Dwarf’, and white chocolate and apricot strawberry blancmange ‘Bear Mountain (Mr. Bear)’ among others.
In addition to a plate assorted with mini hamburgers and quiches, there are two types of savory choices: a hot dish of ‘Crustacean Bisque with Seasonal Vegetables Fritto’ and a cold dish ‘Vegetable Veggie Parfait from NOTO Takano Farm’. The set also provides a selection of 15 drinks including tea, coffee, original herb tea from local farms, and flavoured teas from TWG Tea.
The venue is ‘Cascade Lounge’, available from 1 PM to 5 PM with a two-hour limit. The price is 5,500 yen, including tax and service charges. Reservations are already being accepted.
