Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be hosting a ‘Strawberry & Love Bunny Afternoon Tea Buffet’ from February 1st to March 31st, 2025, featuring strawberry sweets adorned with rabbit motifs said to boost one’s love fortune.
The sweets lineup includes ‘Nyoho Strawberry Shortcake’, ‘Amaou Strawberry Paris-Brest’, a Crème d’Ange topped with fresh strawberries, a ‘Chocolate Mousse’ encapsulating strawberry jelly within white chocolate mousse, and a pound cake shaped like a rabbit’s silhouette. In addition, guests can enjoy fresh strawberries dipped in the hotel’s original chocolate ‘Grande H’ at the chocolate fountain. For savory options, there are two types of sandwiches: one with homemade smoked salmon and cream cheese between strawberry-flavored melon bread, and another with roast pork and carrot rapé sandwiched in strawberry-colored bread plus a selection of five other items including roast beef tartlets combined with seasonal rape blossoms and root vegetable quiche.
The venue is the all-day dining ‘French Kitchen’. Available weekdays from 3 PM to 5 PM for two hours and for 90 minutes on weekends and holidays. Prices are 7,150 yen, or 8,800 yen with a glass of champagne. Prices are inclusive of tax but exclude service charges.
