JTA to Support Video Streaming Over In-Flight Wi-Fi
Japan Transocean Air (JTA) will support video streaming services through its in-flight Wi-Fi service starting December 20.
The service will be available on all flights, adding to the existing web browsing, email, and social media interaction capabilities. This service is free of charge. However, voice and video calls will continue to be unavailable.
Furthermore, original JAL/JTA content provided during Wi-Fi connection, such as ‘Shima Uta’ and ‘Okinawa POPS’, will cease to be provided after December 31.
