Japan Transocean Air (JTA) will support video streaming services via its in-flight Wi-Fi from December 20th.
The service will be available on all flights, adding to the existing web browsing, email, and social media communication capabilities. The service will be provided free of charge. Voice and video calls will continue to be unavailable.
Furthermore, the provision of original JAL/JTA content such as “Island Songs” and “Okinawa POPS” available during Wi-Fi connection will be discontinued after December 31st.
