IHG Hotels & Resorts will open ‘Holiday Inn Kyoto Gojo’ on January 29, 2025.
The hotel is a rebranding of the former Alanvale Hotel Kyoto. This marks the third IHG-branded lodging in Kyoto, following Six Senses Kyoto and ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Kyoto.
The hotel will feature a total of 183 rooms, a lobby lounge, cafe, restaurant, banquet hall, large communal bath, and a fitness gym.
Access is a two-minute walk from Gojo Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line, and about a five-minute drive from Kyoto Station.
IHG has signed a management agreement with AXA IM Alts Japan Real Assets, and Riches Management is handling the wealth management through a property management contract, while World Brands Collection Hotels & Resorts has been entrusted with consulting duties.
