Lufthansa Group has placed an additional order for five Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.
This brings the total number of firm orders for this type of aircraft to 15.
The Lufthansa Group has ordered a total of 75 Airbus A350 aircraft, including 60 Airbus A350-900 models, and has already taken delivery of 28 A350-900 aircraft. The remaining 47 aircraft are scheduled to be delivered by 2030, with the Airbus A350-1000 deliveries set to commence in April 2026.
