tripla has decided to establish subsidiaries in Hong Kong and the Philippines.
The decision to establish these corporations is based on the achievements in overseas expansion and the background of introducing services through subsidiaries and agents. The subsidiary in the Philippines will be established under the Singapore corporation.
The name of the Hong Kong corporation is planned to be tripla Hong Kong Limited, with a capital of 1 million Hong Kong dollars. The headquarters location is yet to be determined. Kazuhisa Takahashi will serve as the representative director and CEO. The Philippine corporation is planned to be named tripla Philippines Inc., with a capital of 200,000 US dollars, and its headquarters will be in Pasig City, Philippines. Kazuhisa Takahashi will also serve as the representative director and CEO.
In addition to Japan, tripla has been deploying its services for accommodation facilities in Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, and Thailand, introducing its services to 8,037 facilities. The main revenue source of “tripla book” is a monthly fixed fee based on the number of rooms, a fee for exceeding a threshold, and a transaction fee for payments. The performance for October 2024 was a final profit of 290 million yen.
