Mitsui Sumitomo Card will impose restrictions on facilities available for use with the “Priority Pass” included with various platinum cards starting April 1, 2025.
While currently, the use of all affiliated facilities is possible, from that date onward, domestic dining and refreshment facilities will be excluded, and within Japan, only lounge facilities can be utilized. Overseas, the usage of dining, refreshment, and lounge facilities remains unchanged.
Furthermore, the membership card will be changed from a physical card to a digital membership card, and the accompanying guest fee will be raised from 29 US dollars to 35 US dollars per person.
