Izu Kyuko Announces Fare Increase for ‘Odoriko’ and ‘Saphir Odoriko’ Limited Express Trains Starting February 1
JR East and Izu Kyuko will raise the limited express fares within the Izu Kyuko Line for both ‘Odoriko’ and ‘Saphir Odoriko’ services starting February 1.
The special express fare between Ito and Izukyu-Shimoda Stations will be for ‘Odoriko’ ordinary cars: adults 800 yen (currently 600 yen), children 400 yen (currently 300 yen); Green cars: adults 1,300 yen (currently 1,100 yen), children 950 yen (currently 850 yen). For ‘Saphir Odoriko’ Green cars: adults 1,600 yen (currently 1,400 yen), children 1,250 yen (currently 1,150 yen); Premium Green cars: adults 2,500 yen (currently 2,300 yen), children 2,150 yen (currently 2,050 yen); 4- and 6-person compartments: 700 yen per adult (currently 500 yen), 350 yen per child (currently 250 yen).
There will be no change to the compartment fees for ‘Saphir Odoriko’ (4-person compartments at 3,600 yen, 6-person compartments at 5,400 yen) and the fares for the JR East section (Tokyo/Shinjuku to Ito Station).
