World Heritage has acquired the shares of Nara Royal Hotel, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary as of December 2nd.
Established in October 2006, Nara Royal Hotel has a capital of 10 million yen. The hotel’s operation will continue under Mystays Hotel Group until the checkout on February 1st, after which it will be managed by Nara Royal Hotel itself.
World Heritage aims to “promote regional revitalization in Nara’s tourism sector and achieve synergistic effects by leveraging the strengths of both companies, aiming for sustainable business growth in the future.”
Nara Royal Hotel is a full-service hotel located near the ruins of Heijo-kyo and other World Heritage sites in Nara City. It features a natural hot spring drawn from 800 meters underground, a Finnish “SAWO” sauna, banquet halls, and more.
