Tokyo Marriott Hotel is offering the ‘Strawberry & Bean to bar Chocolate Afternoon Tea’ from January 5th to February 28th, celebrating the brand strawberry ‘Amarin’ and the hotel’s own bean to bar chocolate.
The sweet featured Saitama Prefecture’s brand strawberry ‘Amarin’ and the hotel’s bean to bar chocolate, made from cocoa mass in-house take center stage. The sweets lineup includes ‘Amarin Chocolate Parfait’, a shortcake of cocoa sponge and bean to bar milk chocolate cream layered with Amarin, ‘Bean to Bar Chocolate Mousse’ using 62 percent cocoa chocolate with Amarin compote hidden inside, ‘Amarin Tart’ combining custard cream and Amarin, and ‘Bean to Bar Sablé Sandwich’ filled with bean to bar chocolate cream, among a total of eight varieties.
The savory selections offer ‘Beef Stew with Red Wine’, ‘Clam Chowder with Clams and Tomato’, ‘Vegetable Kek Salé with Spicy Cream’, and ‘Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Stick Sandwich’.
Beverages include a free-refill variety of 8 types of ‘TWG Tea’ tea selections and 5 types of coffee variations.
The venue is the ground floor restaurant ‘Lounge & Dining G’. Available in two sessions starting at 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM. The price is 7,500 yen, including tax and service charge.
