British Airways Introduces A350 with New Club Suite on London/Heathrow to Hong Kong Route
Toki Air will cancel all its flights until January 10th due to a malfunction discovered in its first aircraft (ATR72-600 model, registration: JA01QQ).
The aircraft experienced a malfunction during its flight from Nagoya/Central to Niigata on flight BV404 on January 6th. After arrival, it was discovered that the de-icing system on the leading edge of the wing was damaged, indicating that part replacement was necessary. The second aircraft (same model, registration: JA02QQ) was struck by lightning during a flight on December 15th and is still being repaired.
All flights were cancelled on January 7th, and due to the time required to procure parts from overseas, the cancellation has been extended until January 10th. The period may be extended depending on the progress of maintenance. Customers with bookings will be informed via email.
