The Westin Tokyo Hosts Its First Strawberry Dessert Buffet After Renovation
The Westin Tokyo will offer a variety-filled Strawberry Dessert Buffet from January 6th to April 30th, available on weekdays only.
The buffet features original strawberry desserts such as beautifully layered glass desserts, strawberry soups that highlight the natural taste of the fruit, and simple baked goods. The menu will change every two months.
The popular “Glass Shortcake”, which encapsulates the charm of shortcake with fresh strawberries in a glass, will be available from January through April, allowing guests to enjoy the sweet and sour fragrance with the light cream’s harmony. In January and February, the buffet will include the traditional English strawberry dessert “Eton Mess”, which also offers a fun texture with meringue. In March and April, a “Strawberry Tiramisu” will be introduced, layering rich-tasting strawberry syrup, fresh tart strawberries, and mascarpone cheese into an appealing presentation in an espresso glass.
The buffet is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with the last order at 4:30 PM, under a 90-minute time limit. Prices are 6,500 yen for adults and 3,500 yen for children, including tax and service charge.
