Air Canada to Relocate to New Terminal T6 at New York JFK Airport
Air Canada has agreed with JFK Millennium Partners to relocate its operations to Terminal 6 at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York by 2026.
Currently, Air Canada operates from Terminal 7.
The under-construction Terminal 6 will feature 10 gates, nine of which are capable of accommodating wide-body aircraft. It will also have an arrivals lounge and up to five lounges for various airlines.
All gates will be accessible within an average of five minutes from the security checkpoint, and the terminal will boast 100,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and lounge facilities.
Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Cathay Pacific, All Nippon Airways (ANA), and North Atlantic Airways have already announced their intentions to operate from Terminal 6.
