
Hilton Tokyo Hosts ‘Strawberry Leopard Fashion Week’
The Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel is offering ‘Strawberry and Chocolate Afternoon Tea’ until February 28.
The dessert menu features a dynamic ‘Strawberry and Chocolate Verrine’ with a warm chocolate pour that reveals ice cream inside, along with ‘Pain d’Épices and Bitter Chocolate Ganache’, ‘Strawberry Mousse and Glacage Rouge’, ‘Strawberry Mille-Feuille Chocolate’. The savory menu offers dishes like ‘Smoked Duck with Orange and Cocoa-Flavored Strawberry’, ‘Roast Pork with Chocolate Demi Sauce’, ‘Salmon Carpaccio with a Cocoa-Scented Dressing’, using chocolate-based dressings and sauces to combine sweetness with saltiness.
The afternoon tea is served at the 19th-floor ‘LOUNGE PLUS’. It is available from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm, lasting 120 minutes. The price is 6,500 yen, including tax and service charge.
