All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special measures due to the bad weather conditions caused by snowfall.
As of 6 PM on January 15th, the special measures will apply to all flights arriving and departing on January 17th from Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Sapporo/Chitose, Aomori, Odate-Noshiro, Akita, and Shonai, as well as all flights arriving and departing in the morning from Memanbetsu and Hakodate on the same day. Tickets for the affected flights will be handled without any fees, regardless of delays or cancellations, for changes, transfers, or refunds.
