Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay will host the second phase of its “Strawberry Fair 2024-2025” from January 17 to March 18.
Aimed at celebrating Valentine’s and White Day, the fair features strawberries as the main ingredient, with sweets that combine milk, white, and ruby chocolates.
Menu highlights include a verrine with ruby chocolate and strawberry sauce, light pink strawberry panna cotta, an opera decorated with strawberry cream and heart-shaped chocolate, white chocolate and strawberry brownies, crispy chicken, chef’s special daily curry, and around 30 types of drinks including customizable flavored sparkling water.
The venue is “Chef’s Live Kitchen” on the 3rd floor. Available from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM, with last orders at 4:30 PM. Prices are 4,510 yen for adults and 2,200 yen for children on weekdays, and 5,390 yen for adults and 2,200 yen for children on weekends and holidays. Prices are inclusive of tax but exclusive of service charge.
