The Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower is hosting the ‘Hokkaido Dinner Buffet – Gifts of the Sea and Earth’ until March 6.
The head chef traveled around southern Hokkaido to select ingredients and, with the cooperation of local governments, has prepared ingredients and local menus representing ‘Hakodate City’, ‘Nanae Town’, ‘Shikabe Town’, and ‘Mori Town’. The menu includes performance corner highlights like roasted Hokkaido beef, Hakodate salt ramen, Nanae apple and honey pizza, true cod and crab bouillabaisse, tempura of pollock roe from Funka Bay, boiled crab, sea bounty bowl, and Hokkaido beef steak pilaf, among others.
The buffet is available from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in 90-minute slots. Prices start from 6,000 yen for adults and 3,000 yen for elementary school children, with preschoolers eating for free. Prices are inclusive of tax.
