Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu REI Hotel will offer the “Winter Buffet Lunch Plan-2” from February 1 to March 31.
The five main dishes include “Sirloin Steak” with teriyaki sauce, “Beef Cutlet” using fresh breadcrumbs, “Salt Koji Grilled Pork” cooked sous-vide for 3 hours, “Chicken and Tofu Hamburger steak” served with a Japanese-style mushroom sauce, and “Seafood Gratin” combining shrimp, clams, and squid with homemade béchamel sauce. The dishes are served in sizes about half of their usual portions, allowing guests to order two dishes of their choice repeatedly within the 90-minute period. The buffet corner includes a salad bar, deli items, soup, bread, rice, desserts, a drink bar, and curry available on weekends and holidays, all provided with an all-you-can-eat and drink offer.
As a reservation bonus, those who book by 5 PM the day before will receive “Chestnut Panna Cotta” and a 10% discount if booked through the official website.
