Hilton Yokohama will host its first-ever “Strawberry Afternoon Tea – Elegant Strawberry Time” limited to weekdays starting from February 3rd.
The Tea Stand style “Harmony” includes strawberry-based sweets like Charlotte Fraise and Macarons, Fruirouge filled with dried berries, savory snacks such as shrimp cutlet burgers, bite-sized pumpkin tarts, and a strawberry parfait, offering a total of 10 sweets and savories. The “Orchestra,” packed in a glass jewelry box-like case, provides 15 sweets and savories including four types of mini cakes themed around strawberries, strawberry macarons, madeleines, rose raspberry chocolates, roast beef sandwiches, shrimp cutlet sandwiches, smoked salmon tart with caviar, and a strawberry parfait. Guests can indulge in tea from the “HARNEY & SONS” tea brand as much as they like.
A “Hilton Yokohama Original Bear Plan” with a limited quantity will also be available. The new Hilton Yokohama Bears, born in the strawberry season, come in a set of pink and white, each adorned with heart embroidery on its chest.
The location is “Bar & Lounge Melody.” Service times are 1 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2 PM, each for a two-hour limit. Each time slot is limited to two groups. Prices are 6,000 yen for Harmony, 8,000 yen for Orchestra, and an additional 3,200 yen for the Bear Plan. Includes tax and service charge.
