JAL Deploys Boeing 777-300ER for Tokyo/Haneda-Helsinki Route
JAL to Deploy Boeing 777-300ER on Tokyo/Haneda-San Francisco Route from March 1
Japan Airlines (JAL) will deploy the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on the Tokyo/Haneda-San Francisco route.
Starting from March 1, the service will replace the Boeing 787-9 aircraft and commence first-class service. Currently, the Boeing 787-8 aircraft is being used, and from February 14, it will be upgraded to the larger Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft is equipped with a total of 244 seats, including the first-class “JAL SUITE” configured in a “1-2-1” arrangement with 8 seats, business class “JAL SKY SUITE” in a “2-3-2” arrangement with 49 seats, premium economy class “JAL SKY PREMIUM” in a “2-3-2” arrangement with 40 seats, and economy class “JAL SKY WIDER” in a “3-3-3” arrangement with 147 seats.
JAL’s routes across mainland America include Tokyo/Haneda-New York, Dallas, Los Angeles using Airbus A350-1000, Tokyo/Haneda-Chicago using Boeing 777-300ER, Tokyo/Narita-Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Osaka/Kansai-Los Angeles using Boeing 787-9, and Tokyo/Narita-San Diego using Boeing 787-8.
