SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL will sell the sweets stand “STREAM Afternoon Tea～Princess～” from January 8 to March 31.
The main offerings are a collaboration of strawberries and chocolate, featuring a candy art tiara, the bright red “Heel Chocolate” made of strawberry chocolate filled with berry fruits, the “Strawberry and Chocolate Parfait” layered with panna cotta, chocolate chantilly, and pistachios, the “Drinkable Strawberry Milk Pudding” served with an edible chocolate straw, and the “Pink Ruby Chocolate Fondue” to enjoy with strawberries, bananas, scones, and more.
For savory items, there is “Beef Cut Steak with Japanese-Style Grated Sauce & Quiche.” The quiche is baked with mozzarella cheese from Fattoria Bio Hokkaido, bacon, and mushrooms. Beverages include 10 types of “TWG Tea” as well as coffee and café au lait.
The location is the 7th floor “BAR & GRILL Splish” café & bar. Service hours are from 3 PM to 5 PM, and from 6 PM to 9 PM for only three groups per day from February 14 to February 28. The price is 5,500 yen, available for reservations of even numbers starting from two people. Tax and service charge included.
