Hilton Yokohama will host the sweets buffet ‘Strawberry Temptation’ from February 1 to May 31.
The sweets feature Tochigi Prefecture-grown ‘Tochiaika’ strawberries, along with seasonal varieties like Tochiotome, Benihoppe, and Koiminori. In the live kitchen, freshly squeezed Mont Blanc with strawberry flavor will be available. Menu examples include ‘Strawberry Wreath,’ pistachio mousse topped with strawberry sauce and decorated with pistachios; ‘Meringue Fraise,’ with meringue, strawberry cream, and fresh strawberries on top; and the fluffy and soft ‘Taiwanese Castella (Strawberry).’
The location is on the 3rd floor, at ‘Allday Dining Parade.’ Service hours are from 3 PM to 5 PM, with the last order at 4:30 PM. Prices are 6,000 yen for adults and 3,000 yen for elementary school children aged 6 to 12, all inclusive of tax and service charges.
