
Hilton Tokyo Hosts ‘Strawberry Leopard Fashion Week’
Yokohama Royal Park Hotel is hosting a special event “Thank You Gourmet Event” at its three restaurants featuring Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine located on the 68th floor, ahead of a temporary closure.
The Chinese restaurant “Kouen,” will host the event on March 6, offering dishes that blend traditional and new culinary techniques such as “Steamed Pot Soup” prepared over five hours by adding ingredients to a superior soup, “Stir-fried Abalone, Scallops, Shrimps with Island Shallots and Bamboo Shoots in XO Sauce,” “Salt-crusted Roast Beef Sirloin with Black Pepper Sauce,” and “Whole Roast Suckling Pig with Steamed Buns.”
The French restaurant “Le Ciel” will host its event on March 11, featuring modern and traditional fusion dishes such as the specialty “Crab Effiloché,” “Grilled Tilefish with Mountain Vegetable Beignet,” “Hayama Beef Fillet with Foie Gras Poêlé,” and “Lobster Bisque Soup.”
Japanese restaurant “Shikitei” will host its event on March 19, using seasonal ingredients to express the four seasons, offering dishes such as “Dried Tilefish,” “Black Wagyu Beef Fillet,” “Truffle-scented Bamboo Shoot Rice,” “Cherry Sea Bream Skin-made,” and “Sushi.”
All events start at 6 PM and require reservations. Booking starts at 10 AM on February 1. The price for each dinner course, including free drinks and a souvenir, is 24,000 yen, tax and service charge included. Hotel original gifts are prepared for users of all three restaurants.
