Sapporo Grand Hotel will begin renovation work on guest rooms on February 12.
The main wing will undergo renovation of 148 rooms across five types from the 5th to the 8th floor. Furniture will be revised and storage space will be secured, while room amenities and facilities will be updated to match the existing comfort floor specifications. The renovation will be completed by June 30, and the hotel aims to reopen on July 1.
In the east wing, 34 rooms on the 15th and 16th floors, known as the “Comfort Floor,” will be refurbished, and a new guest floor allowing access to the executive lounge “GRAND IN GRAND” will be created. Renovation is expected to be completed by April 28, with a planned reopening on May 1.
