
Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay Hosts ‘Sakura Fair 2025: Spring Delights’ Until April 30
Hotel New Otani Hakata is hosting the “Sweets Buffet 2025: Strawberry Picking at the Hotel” until April 16.
The welcome sweets feature mini-sized “New Extra Super Amaou Shortcakes,” made with Omuta-produced fresh cream and two types of batter using “Genmai Egg” and “J Cereal,” with a hint of lychee to accentuate the Hakata Amaou strawberry. A variety of strawberry-focused treats are available, including “Amaou Napoleon Pie” with special custard cream and pastry, “Iwate Yogurt Jelly (Amaou)” using yogurt from Iwate Prefecture, “The ICHIGO” with a design resembling a real strawberry, “Strawberry Macaron,” “Vanilla Caramel Macaron,” “Strawberry Daifuku,” “Framboise Chocolat,” “Strawberry Mont Blanc,” and “ICHIGO Caramel Roll,” totaling around 30 different sweets. Savory options include “Brown Onion Soup,” “Beef and Mushroom Tomato-flavored Gratin,” and “Tandoori Chicken and Burdock Sandwich.”
The buffet is divided into four 100-minute sessions starting at 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7:00 PM. The pricing is 6,800 yen for adults, 4,500 yen for elementary school students, and 1,000 yen for preschool children aged 4 to 6. An additional option of draft wine free-flow is available for 2,000 yen. All prices include tax and service charges.
