Hilton Ranked 3rd in ‘Great Place to Work’: GPTW Japan Survey

Hilton has been ranked third in the Great Place To Work Institute Japan’s ‘Great Place to Work’ rankings.

Great Place to Work, a global research institute, surveys the work environment of over 10,000 companies annually across approximately 150 countries and releases the top 100 each year.

Hilton was recognized for its program ‘Thrive@Hilton’ which promotes team member growth and success, efforts to enhance engagement through opportunities for interaction among group hotels, comprehensive benefits and perks, and a secure working environment.

In the large-scale division with more than 1,000 employees, the top position was claimed by DHL Express, followed by Cisco in second place. Hilton topped among hospitality companies and was ranked in the Top 100 for the first time.
