ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose will offer “Sweets & Lunch Plate ‘Strawberry Palette'” on weekdays from February 3 to April 30.
The menu is inspired by an artist’s palette. The sweets menu includes “Mini Strawberry Parfait” with layers of strawberry mousse and Chantilly cream, “Paris-Brest” with choux pastry filled with strawberry cream, “Strawberry Mousse,” “Strawberry Shortcake,” and more, featuring five kinds of sweets in red, pink, and white. The savory menu includes “Strawberry & Prosciutto Croissant Sandwich,” “Strawberry and Semi-Dry Sausage Canapé with Balsamic Flavor,” “Strawberry and Chicken Breast,” among six options, as well as “Bolognese Sauce Lasagna.” Beverages include 13 varieties such as Wiener Coffee, Cafe Latte, Earl Grey Tea, Strawberry Latte, Strawberry Tea, and Strawberry Squash.
The venue is “Hascup The Garden,” located on the first floor all-day dining. Available from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The price is 3,500 yen, and reservations are required by noon the day before.
