Aman Tokyo will offer its strawberry-themed “Strawberry Afternoon Tea” until April 14.
The top tier features a lime and strawberry mousse cake, adorned with chamomile-scented ganache cream and white chocolate, accompanied by white strawberry tart and strawberry milk macarons. The middle tier presents strawberry petite sweets like blancmange with damask rose and strawberry jelly, Sicilian pistachio and strawberry cream puffs, and Amaou mousse. The bottom tier offers savory items with strawberry flavors, such as strawberry and scallop mille-feuille and strawberry and parmigiano arancini, along with Ibaraki prefecture’s Kasumi duck tortilla and homemade salsiccia.
Additionally, a jewelry box filled with domestic strawberries includes three strawberries per person and strawberry treats like cookies, caramel, and truffle chocolates. Drinks feature the lineup from Germany’s traditional tea brand Ronnefeldt, along with coffee.
The location is on the 33rd floor “The Lounge by Aman”. Available from 11 AM to 4:30 PM. The price is 12,000 yen, including tax and service charge.
