Qatar Airways will launch the Doha-Bogota-Caracas-Doha route.
From the current schedule, they will operate twice-weekly flights on Wednesdays and Sundays. The outbound flight from Doha will be via Bogota, while the return flight from Caracas will be non-stop, forming a triangular flight route. These will be the 15th and 16th destinations on the American continent.
The aircraft used will be the Boeing 777-200LR, equipped with a total of 276 seats, including 42 business class seats and 234 economy class seats.
Qatar Airways will be the only airline operating direct flights from the Middle East to Colombia. This will be the first time a Middle Eastern airline enters Venezuela.
