Japan Airlines (JAL) has announced its executive structure from April.
Chairman Yuji Akasaka will no longer hold representative rights. Director Ryo Tamura, Director Eizo Kobayashi (part-time), Auditor Yuichi Kitada, and Executive Officer Shunsuke Honda will step down.
Yukio Nakagawa and Masanobu Komoda (part-time) will become directors, and Ryo Tamura, who is stepping down as director, will be appointed as a full-time auditor, expected after the annual general shareholders’ meeting scheduled for June.
