Hotel Granvia Hiroshima will host the “Luxurious Amaou Strawberry Sweets Buffet” from February 1 to March 30.
All sweets use Fukuoka Prefecture’s strawberries, “Amaou”. The welcome sweets and drinks include the “Mini Amaou Parfait,” which concentrates the sweetness of Amaou, and the “Amaou Tea Squash,” where the moderate sourness and the sweetness of tea spread refreshingly in your mouth.
The buffet menu offers items such as the “Amaou Pistachio Cream Puff,” topped with rich pistachio cream on crispy choux pastry; the “Adult Amaou Dessert Gratin,” combining smooth sabayon sauce made with egg yolk and white wine with custard; and the “Luxurious Amaou Tart” filled with creamy custard on a crisp tart base.
The venue is at the 2nd floor Cafe & Buffet “Dish Parade.” The serving time is from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM with the last order at 4:00 PM. The prices are 4,500 yen for adults, 2,200 yen for elementary school children, and 1,000 yen for ages 4 to 6. It is available on weekends and holidays only, excluding February 24.
