Relo Vacations finalized the purchase contract for Misty Inn Sengokuhara, owned and operated by Kamogawa Grand Hotel, on December 23, 2024. The inn will have a grand reopening in late April.
A part of the Hakone International Mansion will be converted into a hotel, with Relo Vacations managing all 16 guest rooms, two of which are condominium contracts. Initially, part of the facility was operated as Relo Vacations’ membership-only facility “Hakone ANNEX.” Following the decision at the general meeting in July 2024 to outsource the management of the mansion, they began such operations in October of the same year, leading to this acquisition.
Access is about a 20-minute drive from Tomei Expressway Gotemba Interchange (IC).
