SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL will offer “Stream Afternoon Tea ~Sweet Strawberry~” from March 1 to April 30.
On the strawberry tasting plate, Amaou strawberries are paired with dark chocolate, white strawberries with white chocolate, and today’s strawberries are dipped in crushed candy. The top tier of the stand features Hachiko-shaped cookies coated with strawberry chocolate and filled with strawberry cream to represent Shibuya, along with glass-shaped mille-feuille, strawberry mousse accented with bitter chocolate, and small strawberry shortcakes. The middle and bottom tiers lineup includes strawberry sandwiches and scones with strawberry chocolate. The condiments include spiced strawberry jam. The savory plate features items such as shrimp, turnip, and strawberry tartelettes and pinchos with prosciutto and balsamic jelly sandwiched with strawberries.
For drinks, each person is served a welcome drink made with strawberry puree and milk, along with free-flowing access to 8 types of tea from “TWG Tea”, coffee, cafe latte, and iced tea.
The location is Bar & Dining “TORRENT”. The service hours are from 11:45 AM to 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, each for two hours. The price is 6,000 yen, including tax and service charge.
